The total scale of the global health economy is US$828 billion. In the regional market scale of global fitness, North America still ranks first with 40.5 billion U.S. dollars, with an average fitness population penetration rate of 29.1%, of which per capita fitness consumption is $383, much higher than other regions in the world. Let's talk further of the fitness market in the United States. Fitness is almost the norm for all people. The fitness industry system in the United States is systemized. In daily life, various media will have a large number of advertisements spreading, and the concept of "No fitness equals ignorance" is deeply implanted in the hearts of every American. Therefore, the United States has established a complete industrial chain from the source of fitness to the final experience of users. It is such a complete mechanism that makes the US fitness and health industry rank first in the American personal consumer market. Nearly 3 out of every 10 adults in the United States go to the gym to exercise.

However, since the outbreak of the pandemic in 2020, the global fitness industry has overwhelmingly changed. Americans soon realized that their fitness habits in the gym for a long time might change. In order to curb the spread of the pandemic, the gym was forced to close. Their users are also forced to go into their basements or bedrooms to find other ways to continue to maintain their fitness habits. Under such circumstances, many companies, including Peloton, Lululemon, and Apple, believe that the pandemic seems to permanently change people's fitness habits, allowing them to move from using commercial gyms to their homes. Moreover, so far, the hot sale situation from market feedback has verified their conjecture. Lululemon said: "The pandemic has shown us a trend. At present, our strategy will be based on digital content, which is changing the time, method and location of our users to choose fitness." Although the equipment that can be used in our own home is limited but because of the personal customized digital courses are more continuous and convenient to keep their own excise record. Once people have formed habits, they will never forget them. At present, people do not expect to return to the gym and do not miss those traditional fitness equipment. The home-use treadmills, flywheel fitness machines, steppers, rowing machines, dumbbells, yoga, etc. goods from Asia to the United States were sold out on the shelves, we know that the fitness market after the pandemic has changed.

Under my expectation, according to the statistics of the number of our company's containers and overseas customers this year 2021, the amount of sports fitness equipment exported from Asia to North America, Europe, and South Africa has exceed 4000 TEU. The number of such customers accounted for 10% of the overall overseas customers. Because TGL's "customer orientation" is providing top-level customized services to meet the supply chain logistics needs to global "small and medium-sized" enterprises. Our customers do not belong to global giant customers such as Peloton, Life Fitness, Icon, Matrix... etc. But they are most of the well-known importers of home fitness equipment and outdoor sports equipment, they deal with products from treadmills, flywheels, weight training equipment, sports accessories, yoga supplies, hiking supplies, sports backpacks, skateboards, Bows and arrows, crossbows, surfboards, diving equipment, camping tents and tools, fishing equipment, winter outdoor sporting equipment, and even professional shooting training machines, etc.  The pandemic seems to be unable to stop people's exercise habits indoors and outdoors. Just from our company’s export statistics this year, we can infer the optimistic judgments of the big sports and fitness companies are correct. This also motivates our sales team to list the sports and fitness industry as one of the main products in container transportation. In addition, we also set up in Holland and America distribution warehouses to engage in B2B business for several of these products, such as basketball shooting and various athletic training equipment. With the control of the pandemic, sports and fitness industry whether at home or outdoors, will definitely recover and further flourish. It is believed that based on the existing customers of our company, the share of containers in 2022 must have a corresponding multiple growth, whether it is transportation or the distribution in overseas. Just like Jack Ma of Alibaba said – Strong wind blowing a pig fly. I believe that everyone in that industry has already smelled the strong wind of fitness, let us fly by the wind together.
