Generally, a machine is operated by electricity, but there are single-phase and triple-phase power generation, each of which is applied to different electricity systems. In single-phase type, machines are required to be inspected by commercial standard certificate at either 110V or 220V. The Type Approval is applied by Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (M.O.E.A.) because single-phase electricity is for home use. The triple-phase electricity is for 220V based on commercial use. Machines of this type can be imported without inspection, but cargo catalogs are requested for safety examination and selling/using in the market. Once the customer acquires the certification, they are free to import this product that fits a particular serial number.

The information above have not been shown on HS code searching website because different codes only recognize the capacity of each machine. You may ask your supplier about the electricity type the machine is designed for and provide them with the requirements of the certificate to make sure that every detail is correct.
